You can reset your password by using our “Lost your password?” tool found on the login page (by clicking login at the right top of the screen).
You can change your account information by logging in and clicking on “Dasboard” or “Account details” at the top of the screen.

If you have signed up for our email list and have not yet made a purchase, it is likely you have not activated your account yet. If your email address is not recognized, simply register instead of logging in.
Go to your “Dashboard -> Downloads” page by logging into tojiji.com.
First, check you spam folder. If it’s there, make sure you mark the email as NOT SPAM so future vouchers will go right to your inbox. If you still don’t see it in your Spam Folder, you can alway log into your account via the website to access your vouchers. You can do this on the Login/Register button at the top right of the website.
We email a confirmation upon purchase. If you cannot find the email, it’s likely in your spam/junk mail. You can also find your order in your account information, accessible by logging into your account. If you still need an assistance, contact support@tojiji.com.

Call in advance for a tee time at the course you want to golf (just as you regularly do). Mention on the call that you have a Tojiji voucher and will be using it for your round(s) of golf.

All sales from this website are final; we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If for some reason the course went out of business, we will either issue a full refund or trade out your voucher with another course at an equal or lesser value.
Yes, they are fully transferable, unless otherwise noted, so you can give them as gifts.
No, the system has been set up to be easy for you and the course. However if you do encounter an issue, golf course will resolve it to your best satisfaction and their convenience.

No, the expiration date for a voucher cannot be extended, nor can it be exchanged for another offer — even if for another offer at the same course. However, the voucher might be extended at a discretion of the golf course policies.
Not always required, but be sure to have an ID available because the golf course may have a record of your name and address to prevent fraud and counterfeiting.
